Iona Sky (they/them/she/her) is the Principal Consultant and founder of I Sky Consulting, a full‑service Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA) and Social Work consulting firm. A renowned Indo‑Canadian Social Worker, educator, and public speaker, Iona brings over two decades of experience advancing inclusive practices across sectors in Ontario and across Canada.

Iona partners with corporations, nonprofits, and public-sector organizations to embed actionable EDIA and leadership strategies that strengthen programs, events, and workplace culture. Their corporate work includes advising executive teams on inclusive leadership, developing organization-wide EDIA frameworks, supporting workforce strategy, and guiding change initiatives that align culture with mission and impact. Iona is known for helping companies translate values into measurable, sustainable organizational practices that enhance employee engagement and psychological safety.

Their work also spans social services, education, health care, recreation, developmental services, and community development. With a Master of Social Work and teaching roles at the University of Waterloo and Conestoga College, Iona is a registered Social Worker.
